Welcome to Casey Enlow Auctions, located in Oklahoma, from the entire Enlow family thank you for
your interest in our family business.
WHY AN AUCTION
Our Auctions gives the seller (you) the control to get the exposure you
need to sell when YOU want to SELL. An entire estate, business, farm, cars, ect...can
be auctioned off in one day. The auction method of marketing is the only method
of marketing that you can you get more money for your property than you wanted. For example, if you have an item or piece of property you want x amount of dollars for no one in their right mind would offer more. You have set the price. In an auction setting, people bidding against each other in a competitive manor could make your item bring more money than you ever expected.
WHEN YOU SAY OK
From the consultation to the day of the auction, we provide the utmost in personality
and professionalism. When you say YES, we will set up for a 30 day promotion
plan as well and an online marketing plan. We do all the advertising and promotion for you. Ten days from auction day we
will put ads in the local publications and regional publications in the area
as well as put signs around town and send listing to our mailing lists and clients.
DAY OF THE AUCTION
On the day of the auction all the set up will be taken care of by our staff,
from making sure of the item login, setup, and the position of the staff to
accommodating the future buyers and any questions they might have. Then we conduct
the auction. If further negotiations are needed, we will take care of the difficult part. When a final bid or offer is given, we will present it to you for evaluation.
Upon approval, we will have the appropriate paperwork to make the sale final
to turn your assets into cash.
